I've been meaning to call you. I used the flexible spine with the nice chrome piece down the spine to be able to handle more use. Well the piece at the top of the spine it looks like a lock washer has already fallen off and the copper wire that runs down the length of the spine had dropped down and vertebrae are already coming loose. This is the reason I purchased this one because I thought I would not have an issue with the copper wire again.  would like a new one please...
