I am an interventional physiatrist who uses this spine to explain the source of pain to my patients. I appreciate the ribs and hips, especially in patients with costochondritis, hip bursitis, and piriformis syndrome. This model is solidly built; my first lasted over 10 years despite daily use. I highly recommend the purchase of a stand in order to maintain the model in optimal condition.
