June 1, 2009 - Shop Anatomical, Inc. Launches new website
Our new website launched on June 1st, 2009 and if you ever saw the old version of our site you would definately see the improvement. We have changed back-end shopping cart programs to a more robust system which will allow for greater scalability.
We designed this new site with our customer in mind. Our customers requested a more user-friendly site and easier access to common asked customer service questions. One of the main ways we are handling our customers' requests is via a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. This will allow us to assign a ticket number to a customer's request and track the response times. With this kind of information at hand we will be able to better modify our internal staff to better accommodate our customers.
