To process your request for a refund, you will need to provide the tracking number from the original shipping label in order to receive an RMA#. You will also need to provide the tracking number for the return shipment. No refunds will be issued until receipt of the return has been verified, and the item has been inspected. Items that are returned to us which do not arrive in new condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

When you receive your order, you may review it for up to 14 calendar days without any risk of being stuck with the item. You may return your item to us for any reason. As long as the returning item(s) is post-marked within 14 calendar days after the receipt of the order, you will be eligible for a full refund of your product purchase.

NOTE: Shipping, handling, and package insurance is non-refundable. If you are returning an item that was purchased using our free shipping, a standard $7.99 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return item(s) 31 Calendar Days: If your item is post-marked within 15-31 calendar days after the receipt of the order, you will be eligible for a refund of your product purchase less a 20% restocking fee.
