June 1, 2009 - Shop Anatomical, Inc. Launches new website
  • Our new website launched on June 1st, 2009 and if you ever saw the old version of our site you would definately see the improvement. We have changed back-end shopping cart programs to a more robust system which will allow for greater scalability.
  • We designed this new site with our customer in mind. Our customers requested a more user-friendly site and easier access to common asked customer service questions. One of the main ways we are handling our customers' requests is via a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. This will allow us to assign a ticket number to a customer's request and track the response times. With this kind of information at hand we will be able to better modify our internal staff to better accommodate our customers.
